Medium golden-yellow, delicate mousse. Ripe yellow stone fruit tones, a hint of plums with a pleasant underlay of honey and roasted nuances, developed bouquet. Juicy, round and opulent, flanked by crisp acidity which consequently shows a refreshing minerality in the finish. A complex food companion.
