Tasting from 08.08.2021: Anne Krebiehl MW

The nose is a mix of reduction, apple, earth and tart red berry fruit. These flavours also combine on the very fresh, bright and complex palate. There is a concentrated core of super-bright lemon freshness, framed by that tart red berry spice. The body is linear, streamlined, absolutely youthful. The mousse is delicate and lively, the freshness lasts and lasts. Lovely now, certain to evolve. A.K.
