Tasting from 25.11.2016: Moser,Peter; Sautter, Uli; diverse

Medium yellow, golden glints, fine mousse. Delicately nutty notes underpinned by white pears accented by fresh meadow herbs suffused with delicate hints of blood orange zest and dark slaty minerality. Complex, juicy, savoury, white apple fruit, freshly structured with a gentle touch of honey on the finish. A dependable food accompaniment.
