Light salmon pink with copper reflections and a fine mousse. Delicate red forest berries, redcurrants, hibiscus, white apple and candied mandarin zest all mingle on the nose. The palate is taut, with nuances of plums, a lively acidity and a mineral-salty finish. A crisp partner for food. (Lot 11/23, PM).
