Tasting from 28.10.2020: Peter Moser und Gerhild Burkard

Light golden yellow, silver reflections; lovely fine mousse. Delicate fresh apricot, nuances of golden delicious apple, mineral touch, a little biscuit in the background. Juicy, white stone fruit, taut, tight-knit, well-developed style, salty minerality on the finish, lingers well. A racy food wine. (Deg. 05.2018).
