Tasting from 28.10.2020: Peter Moser und Gerhild Burkard

Medium golden yellow, silver reflections; fine mousse. Delicate white bread, ripe pear fruit, discreet blossom honey, candied orange zest, floral nuances. Medium complexity, nutty flavours, a hint of clover, mineral, toasted hazelnuts on the finish with white nougat and lime on the back palate. An individualistic style. (Deg. 11.2020).
