Medium greenish-yellow. Initially woodruff, tarragon and fennel herb on the nose, with air develops pear and bread notes, in the background smoky bacon. Ripe acidity, fine mineral texture with discreet honey sweetness, delicate mousse, medium length very persistent with a tart pomelo zest finish.
