Light yellow green colour with silver reflections, fine, lively mousse. Smoky bouquet with clear herbal savouriness, ripe pineapple, nutty touch. Medium complexity, dark minerality, discreet acidity, delicately salty, touch of yellow apple on the finish, a singular style, lemony aftertaste.
