Tasting from 21.11.2019: Peter Moser

Medium golden yellow, silver reflections; fine, lively mousse. Fresh white apple fruit, delicately underlaid with nutty herbal essences, a hint of pear and lemon balm. Substantial, good complexity, ripe yellow fruit on the palate, fine acidity, lovely volume, pleasant salty-minerality echoes, very persistent. Harmonious and versatile. (Deg.10/7/2015).
