Pale golden yellow, silver reflections, fine, persistent mousse. Fine pear fruit with a hint of bourbon vanilla, white almond and cookie, a hint of mango, candied orange zest. Complex, juicy, fresh tropical fruit, delicate hints of lime zest, silky texture, lively structure, lemon-salty nuances on the finish, a firm food companion with certain ageing potential.
