Tasting from 26.11.2021: Peter Moser

Pale golden yellow, silver reflections, delicate, fine-pearly mousse. A hint of peach, with brioche in the background, nuances of blackberry leaf, delicate hints of cassis, citrus zest and leather, fine nougat in the background, a very multi-faceted bouquet, mineral undertones. Complex, fine oak nuances, tightly meshed, yellow-fruit finish, white chocolate in the aftertaste, dry-salty finish, great food companion.
