A gently scented nose promises a subtle wine. Air brings a distinct notion of red fruit, evocative of plum and candied cherry. The palate sweeps in with exquisite balance and a three-dimensionality that gives as much room to fruity heights and chalky depths. The mousse is elegant, creamy and carries beautiful length.
