Tasting Notes
Medium greenish-yellow, subtle golden glints, very fine, lively mousse. Scented notes of white flowers, a hint of orange blossom, ripe mango and lime essential oil, dark, somewhat reductive savouriness, smoky, damp slate, with air contact some cherry fruit and grapefruit residues, some malt and Piedmont white truffle notes, multi-faceted bouquet. On the palate juicy, yellow greengage plum hints, fine, very elegant acidity, great balance complemented by a fine pineapple touch, harmonious, silky texture, saline nuances. A touch more complex and despite lower dosage slightly sweeter than the classic Cristal, huge length, mineral finish, compelling complexity.
