Tasting from 24.11.2017: Peter Moser

Bright salmon pink with pink reflections and a fine persistent bouquet. Red forest berry confit with nuances of strawberry and raspberry, delicate hints of cherry and a touch of lime zest. Substantial texture, red berry nuances, but also some white pear, fine acid balance and a mineral touch on the finish, remains well lasting, fine extract sweetness on the finish.
