Tasting from 30.09.2022: Gerhild Burkhard, Anne Krebiehl MW, Peter Moser

Medium golden yellow. Inviting aroma of lemongrass, bergamot and fresh nettle, a hint of orange oil with delicate hints of yeast plait and green tea. Excellent, juicy attack on the palate with plenty of grip and tingling mousse, delicate acid vein and salty-mineral polish, very straightforward, bone-dry. Refreshing, youthful finish of grapefruit and walnut shell. Very good length. For lovers of something special.
