Tasting from 30.09.2022: Gerhild Burkhard, Anne Krebiehl MW, Peter Moser

Medium golden yellow with copper coloured reflections. Buttered bread plait, white currant, hay, some raspberry confit, delicate notes of smoked bacon on the nose. Taut on the palate, well-substituted, slightly drying phenolics, fine, cultivated mousse with stimulating acidity and noticeable mineral extract. Orange blossom tea in the aftertaste, which lingers for a pleasantly long time. Straightforward type, built for the future.
