Brilliant golden yellow. Appealing bouquet of fresh garden herbs, with dried apple and pear compote, with more air, a little toasty spiciness. Finely structured mousse, very straightforward, austere in the mouth, fine acidity, fresh lime fruit aftertaste. Very individual.
