White gold with silvery-green reflections. Very refined nose of mint, chamomile and white flowers, a little fresh citrus fruit. Restrained acidity, lacks a little structure, in part due to the rare use of Pinot Blanc, very juicy and creamy mouthfeel. A nice aperitif.
