Light pink with a copper touch, refined mousse. Ripe yellow pear, a hint of strawberry confit, subtle notes of plum. Taut, fresh ripe red cherries, lively acidity, mineral, with good persistence, lemony nuances on the finish, lovely as an aperitif.
