Pale yellow-green, silver hues, a very refined mousse. Subtle notes of fresh herbs, a hint of white pears, stewed apples, nuances of grapefruit zest, a mineral touch. Taut, green apple, fresh structure, a mineral-salty finish, lovely savoury notes, multi-faceted with good ageing potential.
