Archetypal champagne aroma with Pinot berry, grapey, chalky and yeasty brioche notes. Finely chiseled palate with a lively acid nerve, slender appearance, fine and at the same time voluminous mousseux and restrained sweetness. Juicy, very clean finish with spicy yeast aromas.
