Youthfulness is the thing that strikes immediately on the nose, followed by a hint of grilled, salted cashew edged with citrus - with a glimpse of pineapple and melted butter. The palate, likewise, is a sprightly picture of youth and freshness, coming with echoes of grilled cashew, rye bread and dried lemon peel with a lovely, mouth-watering accent of pithiness.
