Brilliant yellow gold with silver reflections. Very intense bouquet, pine honey, ripe stone fruit, with air, toffee notes, slightly smoky and touch of yeast. Creamy texture on the palate, soft acidity, with delicate mousse, mineral hints, tangerine zest on the back palate, medium length with dried apple on the finish. Suitable with light dishes.
