Tasting from 28.10.2020: Peter Moser und Gerhild Burkard

Light golden yellow, silver reflections, lively mousse. Nuances of pear and mango, a whisper of honey and orange zest, meadow herb undertone. Medium body, ripe stone fruit, fresh acidity, delicate pastry notes with lime on the finish. Finishes a little short, but offers uncomplicated drinking pleasure.
