Radiant golden yellow. Intense nose of caramel, yellow dried apple, fresh yeasty bread, and some blossom honey. Very fine mousse. Succulent tones with fine acidity and good complexity, nutty notes. A preserved saline citrus and savoury tobacco nuanced reverberation, which persists for a long time. Substantial and at the same time an invigorating style, despite the age.
