Brilliant salmon pink with orange reflections. Inviting bouquet of ripe wild strawberry, cranberry and blood orange confit, accompanied by acacia blossom and a hint of pink cookie. Finely nuanced, juicy acidity with a delicate sweetness and soft mousse envelop the palate with creamy elegance. Invigorating, cool fruit notes on the finish. An animating aperitif.
