Bright straw yellow. Pleasant aromas of grated Augustapfel with herbal-spicy notes, fresh butter cake and lime zest on the nose. Well-balanced acidity with fine bubbles envelops the palate, tasty tart grapefruit lends structure. Sweetish white peach and preserved lemon linger on the finish.
