Plantscher is the Upper Valais synonym for Gros Bourgogne. It used to be present in several regions of Switzerland, but today it is only grown by the Chanton winery. Wild flowers, chamomile and cherry on the nose. Dense structure on the palate, with medium acidity and an aromatic, long finish.
