Tasting from 21.02.2019

This variety comes originally from Eyholz and Chanton is the only winemaker in the world who still cultivates it. On the nose there is lots of fresh red berries, sour cherry and some plum. On the palate it is carried by an extremely impressive, juicy acidity, hardly any tannin, lots of fruit and great drinkability. Reminiscent of the grape variety Poulsard.
