Yeasty aroma, almond, but also elderflower and green gooseberry. Becomes increasingly sweet with air contact, notes of caramel candy. Lean and juicy on the palate, well-integrated, lively acidity, fresh and light-footed, with good extract, compact, even slightly mineral, makes you want to take the next sip.
