Tasting Notes
Dark ruby with purple reflections and a touch of brightening of the rim suggesting from age. On the nose, nougatty caramel and black berry fruit, with subtle hints of toast and tangerine zest in the background - an attractive bouquet. There's a good complexity to the juicy palate, which majors on ripe cherry fruit. Integrated, supportive tannins bring length and balance to the sweetly-fruited finish. This has certain ageing potential.
