Ripe black forest berries, blackberry confit, some cassis, nougat, subtle noble wood nuances, a hint of candied purple fruit. Very powerful, ripe cherries, vivid, supporting tannins, mineral and lively structure, dark chocolate on the finish, lingers, will benefit from years of maturity.
