Tasting from 03.01.2024: Peter Moser & Ulrich Sautter

Light in colour and wonderfully fragrant: cherry stone aromas. In the mouth, the wine has a subtle lightness that draws its tension from the minerality. Fine-grained tannins and the delicacy of the fruit complete the picture of a wine rich in finesse, whose structure is reminiscent of elegant Burgundy à la Ponsot, but which also brings granite and slate to the fore.
