A very elegant Bordeaux Blanc that combines flavour and structure. The bouquet is finely integrated, with flavours of passion fruit, lemon balm and nectarine. Juicy on the palate with fresh, well-integrated acidity, a fine texture on the ribs and a clear structure. A Sauvignon Blanc that emphasises the aromatic advantages of the grape variety without being overly boastful - très français et très chic.
