Dark ruby, opaque core, purple reflections, discreet ochre brightening on rim . Delicately tobacco-scented ripe cherry fruit, ripe plums, some nougat. Medium body, fine fruit expression, silky, ripe tannins, good freshness, subtle length, very mellow and smooth.
