Tasting from 09.07.2019: Ulrich Sautter

50% Grenache, 50% Syrah, 35-year-old plants. Tar, Syrah savouriness, elderberry pulp, wild and dense on the palate, very mineral, has tamed its fire well with fruit, savouriness, mellow stuff and especially through minerality that gives tension and freshness. Great length.
