The white wine Limoux AOC L'Eden des Sérènes, vintage 2016 from the winery Château Cicéron has been rated in 2019 by Ulrich Sautter with 91 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape varieties Chardonnay, Chenin Blanc, Mauzac Blanc from the region Languedoc-Roussillon in France.
Chardonnay. Dense woody, damp lme, but also the fruit of ripe grapes, banana, Cape gooseberry, almond. Good balance on the palate, chalky mineral notes, ripe and well supporting acidity, the provenance is on the horizon comparatively little soft and sweet parts, definitely radiates a certain coolness. Good density and length, elegant example.
