Tasting Notes
Medium yellow gold, silver reflections. A little reserved on the nose, light caramel, yellow peach, soft notes of tropical fruit, very light volatile nuances, needs a lot of air. Medium-bodied, fine wood spice, subtle nougat, salty, not quite balanced, mineral, yellow tropical fruit on the finish, shows complexity and length, must be decanted for an hour or two.
