Tasting Notes
Light yellow-green with silver reflections. Some caramel, mango and apricot on the nose, with fine nuances of meadow herbs and some delicate woody savouriness, all underlaid by a mineral-lemon touch. Elegant texture on the palate, with a core of white fruit lending subtle sweetness of pineapple. There's a well-integrated wood component in the background. It's still very restrained, but undoubtedly has power and length. A complex food companion with certain ageing potential.
