Tasting Notes
Medium golden yellow colour with subtle watery rim, silver reflections. Subtle tropical fruits, still somewhat reserved bouquet, a hint of grapefruit zest, yellow plums in the background. Juicy, vivid sweetness, ripe banana, subtle acidity, honey on the finish, baroque style, will benefit from further bottle ageing.
