Tasting Notes
A classically produced sparkling wine from Bordeaux, created from the Semillon and Sauvignon Blanc varieties, the dosage is made with the sweet wine of the Grand Cru Classés en 1855. Pale golden yellow, silver reflections, fine persistent mousse. Notes of ripe yellow tropical fruit with citrus zest, guava, fresh fig, and light nougat caramel. Creamy texture, subtle well-integrated sweetness, light chocolate, and yellow peach on the finish. It has a silky lingering style, with a delicately nutty aftertaste.
