Tasting Notes
Dark color. Highly ripe black cherry, pure in expression, slightly wood-accompanied, nougat and chocolate powder, some herbal spice in the background. Supple palate, sandy tannins in a state of incipient roundness, the juicy fruit remains a little defensive against softness and alcohol, but length and (lime-driven) terroir definition are very positive.
