Deep dark ruby, opaque core, purple reflections, delicate watery edge. Delicate vanilla, ripe sweet cherry, balsamic notes, smoky fine oak spice. Juicy, ripe plum, pleasant sweetness, some nougat, vivid tannins, mineral and persistent, good length, spicy finish, has maturity and definite ageing potential.
