Tasting Notes

88
Tasting from 14.10.2011

Deep dark ruby garnet, opaque core, violet reflections, delicate rim brightening. Delicate nose of kitchen vegetables, floral nuances, hint of licorice and mint, some nougat. Somewhat vegetal, present, still somewhat rough-looking tannins, fresh acidity, robust style, somewhat drying on the finish, still somewhat unripe and leafy.
