Tasting Notes

Tasting from 14.10.2011

Deep dark ruby garnet, opaque core, violet reflections, delicate edge brightening. Blackberry confit with a delicate herbal and spicy background on the nose, delicate notes of ripe plums, some nougat, a hint of dried fruit. Juicy, red berries, delicate hints of caramel, well-integrated tannins that are still quite present, sweet finish, medium length, good development potential.
