Tasting from 06.05.2026: Peter Moser, Benjamin Herzog & Dominik Vombach, Ulrich Sautter, Roland Graf (Spirits)

Dark ruby garnet, violet reflections, delicate edge brightening. Ripe dark forest berry fruit with delicate tobacco undertones, ripe plums, some blackberry confit, subtle wood spice. Full-bodied, black cherries, ripe tannins, some nougat, mineral aftertaste, already well developed, a finely spiced food companion, salty finish.
