Tasting Notes
Medium golden yellow, silver reflections. A hint of bourbon vanilla and baby banana on the nose with ripe mango, honeydew melon, some broom and savoury wood notes. Complex and juicy, ripe yellow peach fruit and delicately nutty with salty minerality and a touch of nougat on the finish. Great length, broad-shouldered and yet incredibly agile. It could be described as a kind of Le Montrachet of France's south.
