Tasting from 23.04.2021: Peter Moser

Pale golden yellow, silver reflections. Ripe pear fruit, delicate yellow tropical fruit, some honey blossom, yeasty nuances, mandarin zest. Juicy, elegant, creamy style, harmonious, ripe pear fruit and subtle sweetness on the finish, mineral aftertaste, already accessible, with certain ageing potential. (795 bottles produced).
