Tasting Notes
Medium golden yellow colour with silver reflections. Still somewhat restrained, light vanilla nuances, ripe yellow peach fruits, some blossom honey, not yet fully developed on the nose. Juicy, tight-knit and elegant, fine savouriness, powerful on the finish, mineral touch, delicate hints of orange on the finish, sweet aftertaste, will benefit from further bottle ageing.
