Tasting Notes

91
Tasting from 14.02.2021: Peter Moser

Dark ruby garnet with an opaque core, purple reflections and a touch of rim brightening. Fine spice notes from precious wood show on the nose, along with nougat, ripe black cherries, a hint of cassis and some candied orange zest. Complex and full-bodied on the palate with a core of blackberry jam, with supporting tannins and a mineral edge on the finish. Will benefit from bottle ageing.
