Tasting Notes

88
Tasting from 14.10.2011

Deep dark ruby garnet, opaque core, violet reflections, delicate rim brightening. Delicately burnt nuances on the nose, roasted notes, kitchen vegetables, herbs, a hint of dried mushrooms, underlaid with ripe plum fruit. Sweet, delicately jammy texture, somewhat dry finish, a somewhat rustic overall impression, a good food companion.
